The fully automatic traveling Block Cut Off MACHINES ET-AB is one of world�s most advanced PLC controlled electronically synchronized MACHINES. It can be used in conjugation with any modern continuous foaming line with utmost care. The MACHINES can accurately cut off blocks of any desired length fed in the touch screen display. The MACHINES features the most advanced multi-programming facility and can store upto 25 programs or more, thus eliminating the operator requirements during actual foaming process. The MACHINES has self diagnostic error detection system and history maintenance for easy fault finding. It has auto synchronized conveyor unit which takes the continuous PU foam block from foaming MACHINES with out the need of any physical contact. It is then cut by a synchronized cutting head in desired lengths in close tolerances without gripper requirements. Thus, the MACHINES can cut blocks of very light densities also without any deformation.
